All bookings are tentative and subject to change by Good Buds Catering until a contract has been filled out and duly signed; a deposit has been paid and credit card information has been provided.

A deposit of 50% up $1000.00 is required to secure your event date. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due on the day of your event. Interest on late payments will incur at a rate 2 % per month on the outstanding balance. Good Buds Catering accepts Cash, E-Transfer, Cheque (payable to Good Buds Catering), Visa or MasterCard (subject to 2.5% service fee on tractions over $2500).

Rescheduling an event can be done up to 30 days before to your event. Please contact your event consultant to make further arrangements.

Final guest count must be confirmed via email, no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the function. Menu selections must be submitted a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the function to ensure availability of your menu selection, appropriate staffing and coordination of the event.

Good Buds Catering will substitute ingredients for religious beliefs and/or dietary restrictions providing that this information is conveyed to Good Buds Catering a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the function.

All prices are current and subject to change up to 3 months before your event. Good Buds Catering representative will confirm final pricing, at which point prices remain fixed and guaranteed until the date of the event.

All products and services are subject to applicable taxes. A 18% gratuity will be applied to all food and beverage charges with parties of 20 guests or more. Food and beverages are subject to Provincial Sales Tax (PST). Food, beverage and gratuity are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Regrettably, Good Buds Catering does not offer meal tastings, however our staff would be happy to put you in touch with our Chef, who can describe for you in detail the different tastes, presentations and preparations that Good Buds Catering offers.

Q: Does Good Buds Catering travel outside of Winnipeg?
A: Yes, Good Buds Catering Services Winnipeg & Surrounding areas including (but not limited to) Portage La Prairie, Brandon, Kenora, Lake of the Woods, Rosenort, etc. *Note: Travel Fees are applicable to destinations beyond city limits. Please speak to your consultant for further information.

Q: Does Good Buds Catering provide linens, plates, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc.?
A: Every event is unique in their own way. Due to the nature of this uniqueness; we are not able to accommodate colours for all design schemes. However, our consultants can help arrange specific dishware or linens to match the existing design. 

Q: Do I have to pick my menu before my date can be reserved? 
A: You do not have to plan your menu before reserving a date. A simple deposit will suffice. Our consultants will happily guide through the process to ensure you are well informed about our services before you reserve your date. Final menu selections are confirmed up to 2 months prior.
