A carefully selected 4oz cut of Salmon delicately seasoned and topped with fresh lemon and dill. The salmon is baked to perfection and then glazed with Maple Syrup and Tamari sauce; Served w/ pilaf of rice & asparagus in a rich white wine butter sauce.


Oven Roasted Crispy Chicken served w/ Buffalo Sauce made from our house-made Island Hot Sauce… Be careful, a little goes a long way; served w/cornbread & Mango-apple slaw.


The perfect blend of beef and pork formed into a delicious 1⁄2 lb patty, then enclosed between two buns, avocado, lettuce, tomato and our signature Sapodilla-Tamarind BBQ sauce; served with Cajun Spiced Potato Wedges & Classic Coleslaw w/ Tangy Citrus Vinaigrette.

Raised in Manitoba. Bison short ribs are braised in an unctuous red wine and bison demiglace alongside some classic root vegetables; served with a silky-smooth celeriac puree with red wine reduction sauce.



Brined for 24 hours then roasted hormone free 1⁄4 Chicken, finished with our house made Cranberry Glaze; served with Creamy Cauliflower Mash & Spicy Roasted Corn-on-the-cob.



Grass-fed locally sourced Double cut Lamb chop crusted with our house-made rub, pan seared and roasted to medium doneness; served with Pilaf of Rice & Roasted tomato and zucchini.

FAQ
All bookings are tentative and subject to change by Good Buds Catering until a contract has been filled out and duly signed; a deposit has been paid and credit card information has been provided.
A deposit of 50% up $1000 is due upon confirmation of the event. Final billing is completed after the event at which time an invoice will be sent to you via email. Final payment is required within 5 days from final billing. Late payments will be subject to interest of 2 % per month on the outstanding balance. Good Buds Catering accepts Cash, E-Transfer, Cheque (payable to Good Buds Catering), Visa or MasterCard.
In the event of a cancellation, Good Buds Catering will refund 100% of the booking deposit if the request for cancellation is done so within 30 days of the function. If cancellation request is less than 30 days prior to the function; the deposit will not be refunded.
For all meal functions, the guaranteed number attending must be communicated no later than 5 business days prior to the function. If the guaranteed number is not received, the billing shall be made out for the number of people for which the function was originally booked or the number of people who actually attend the function, whichever is higher. Menu selections must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the function to ensure availability of most selections, proper staffing and coordination of the event.
Good Buds Catering will substitute ingredients for religious beliefs and/or dietary restrictions providing that this information is conveyed to Good Buds Catering a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the function. Additional charges may be applied.

All prices are current and subject to change without notice until a detailed quote is provided by a Good Buds Catering representative, at which point prices remain fixed and guaranteed until the date of the event.
All products and services are subject to applicable taxes. A 18% gratuity will be applied to all food and beverage charges with parties of 20 guests or more. Food and beverages are subject to Provincial Sales Tax (PST). Food, beverage and gratuity are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Regrettably, Good Buds Catering does not offer meal tastings, however our staff would be happy to put you in touch with our Chef, who can describe for you in detail the different tastes, presentations and preparations that Good Buds Catering offers.
